Q:
How long is the tour?
A:
I spent maybe 45 mins to an hour. But you can break off when you like or simply walk around yourself. Tour is worth it for information. No extra charge I remember.

Gosh, these choices are difficult. Depends on your own preferences. If you are more a historian than a baseball person, then it has to be the Statehouse. If you are more a sportsman or more particularly a baseball person, then Fenway. If you are a Sox fan, then there is certainly only one answer! The statehouse tour can be done in 90 minutes, including commute time. Fenway will doubtless take longer. My guess is 2-2.5 hours for the park tour including commute time. Good luck!

We only did the state house intending to just around ourselves but a guy came up to us to tell us he was starting the last free talk of the history of the state house in 15 minutes and to join him in the board room upstairs at 4pm? We did and it finished at 4.45pm and well worth doing we felt. Hope that helps you.
