They do offer group rates, you have to call or email the museum. From their website click on tickets and it will give you the option for group rates.

I can't answer the restaurant questions, but I would allow a couple of hours. There's a lot to read and planes to visit.

If you have a car the possibilities are endless. It's a great museum. Plan enough time to see all the exhibits and films and the aircraft outside! Hope this helps.
