Right-hander Ben Brown ’s been roughed up by the Phils this year, allowing six earned runs on nine hits in a 10-4 loss on April 26. Luzardo got the win that day, pitching six scoreless innings of 3-hit ball, but that feels like a lifetime ago, after the hammering he’s taken lately.
