As Toronto continues to dig out from back-to-back snowfalls, more snow is on the way. People across the city are grappling with mountains of snow and snow plow businesses saying they're also being slammed.

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Toronto regarding a winter storm expected to arrive late Wednesday and into Thursday. The agency says snow — possibly exceeding amounts of 15 cm — is forecasted along with a risk of freezing rain. Environment Canada is also predicting poor visibility in heavy snow and local blowing snow.
