It’s been a very busy week for Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang. After meeting with President Donald Trump and senior officials in Beijing in recent days, Huang has secured a major victory for his AI-chip empire.

Now, Jensen Huang, CEO of chip manufacturer and AI firm Nvidia, offered his (slightly stale) perspective. In an interview with CNN, Huang essentially passes job protection responsibilities over to business leaders, claiming; “If the world runs out of ideas, then productivity gains translates to job loss.”

The chief executive of the world’s leading chipmaker warned that while artificial intelligence will significantly boost workplace productivity, it could lead to job loss if industries lack innovation.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said that while AI could dramatically boost productivity, it may also cause job losses unless society continues to innovate and create new opportunities.

Nebius is currently the best stock that Nvidia owns. The company flew under the radar earlier this year because it was listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange just recently (in October) after a nearly three-year hiatus. The Russian tech giant Yandex, which was delisted due to sanctions after Russia invaded Ukraine, formerly owned Nebius' assets.

Jensen Huang, Nvidia CEO, has refuted with a MIT study that says AI reduces thinking skills, adding that he uses AI in his daily life. Huang said formulating quality questions for AI requires analytical and reasoning skills and he uses multiple AI systems to cross-reference and critique responses,
