Police arrested 466 people in central London on Saturday for protesting the British government’s decision to ban the pro-Palestinian activist group Palestine Action under anti-terrorism laws.

Every person arrested on suspicion of supporting terrorist group Palestine Action in Westminster on Saturday has been released. The total number handcuffed had risen to 522 after hundreds turned out to back the group,

Parliament in early July passed a law banning Palestine Action and making it a crime to publicly support the organization.
