This little graphic viewer is free and can-do things that other sophisticated apps can't.
This Windows XP right-click feature still works in Windows 11—and it’s great.
Check with the author to see if they ported the app to Windows CE. An XP app will not just run without an emulator or specific code porting for CE. That would be just too easy.
