Eric Bakke of Princeton broke the state catch-and-release record for the longest muskie caught in Minnesota. He got a 58 1/4 inch muskie in June 2022. The previous record was 57 1/4 inches.
That's where the nonprofit fills in, using donations to purchase and stock 2,450 fry, or young fish, across the area.
