New York City restaurateur Kevin Lillis, who moved to Dallas in 2019 to open the food hall on the AT&T campus in downtown Dallas, is behind Irving’s newest restaurants and bars.

The founders of NADC Burger plan to open a new restaurant in Dallas in August 2025 on McKinney Avenue. The restaurant is two stories — larger than NADC Burgers in other cities.
