Federal prosecutors have informed a judge and defense lawyers that the FBI this week obtained video footage from the adjacent Fora Health building that captured “partial views” of the Border Patrol shooting of two people in a medical office parking lot in Southeast Portland earlier this month.

The FBI says Patrick Gary Schlegel, 34, "has a significant criminal history" including an active warrant for smuggling.
