Max Verstappen has dropped his clearest hint yet that he may leave Formula 1 after the end of the season-opening Australian Grand Prix.

The Mercedes driver finished in first place with teammate Kimi Antonelli finishing in second place, with Ferrari's Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton in third and fourth place.
