Oregon can finally enact tighter gun and ammunition regulations that voters approved in November 2022, as the state’s intermediate appeals ruled they’re constitutional Wednesday.

A voter-approved gun control law, Measure 114, is constitutional, according to a ruling by the Oregon Court of Appeals.
