According to an exclusive Windows Central report, Microsoft is planning on launching a smaller Surface Pro and Surface Laptop later this year.

We've seen multiple new Surface devices launch in the last year, and apparently Microsoft has at least two more on the way in the next couple of months.

Microsoft is set to release affordable Surface Pro and Surface Laptop models under $1,000, bringing premium design and performance to a broader audience.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 11 is a tablet/laptop hybrid that makes it one of the best options for college students. You can get this 2024 version for $879.99 (originally $1,199.99).
