A cryptocurrency working group formed by President Donald Trumpon Wednesday outlined the administration's stances on market-defining crypto legislation and called on the U.S. securities regulator to create new rules specific to digital assets.

In a 168-page report, the White House called on banking regulators, tax officials and U.S. lawmakers to implement policies that would advance the crypto industry’s agenda.

The report will lay out what rules and laws should be enacted to advance the policy goals of President Trump's pro-crypto White House.

The companies said on Wednesday that their mutual customers would be able to “seamlessly link” their Chase bank accounts with their Coinbase accounts in order to buy, sell and trade cryptocurrencies,

JPMorgan Chase & Co. said Wednesday that it will be the first major credit-card issuer to allow customers to use a rewards program to fund cryptocurrency wallets, under a new agreement with Coinbase Global Inc.

U.S. banking giant JPMorgan partnered with Coinbase on Wednesday to allow customers to fund their wallets using its Chase credit cards and buy cryptocurrency on the exchange starting in fall 2025.
