Lawyers for former verteran radio host Alan Jones have flagged a possible bid to suspend his upcoming fight against allegations of sexual abuse.

The former broadcaster faces 27 charges against nine complainants for alleged sexual offending. His lawyers say they are yet to receive thousands of pages of evidence.

Radio icon Alan Jones is scheduled to face trial later this year, but a court has been told there could be a spanner in the works.
