The Chicago White Sox plan to unveil a statue of Mark Buehrle when they celebrate their 2005 World Series-winning team at Rate Field on July 11.

The statue will be unveiled on July 11, during a celebration marking the 20th anniversary of the franchise's 2005 World Series championship.

Mark Buehrle, one of the greatest pitchers in Chicago White Sox history, will be honored with a statue at Rate Field this season, the team announced at Sox Fest on Friday. The statue will be placed along the outfield concourse and unveiled on July 11.
