EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) — Aaron Rodgers became the fifth player in NFL history to throw 500 career regular-season touchdown passes, accomplishing the feat in the second quarter of the New York Jets’ game against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

Numerous analysts and critics noted Rodgers spent much of the season playing like a veteran who didn't "want to get hit anymore" coming off the torn Achilles he suffered in September 2023.
