Developer Mark Sapperstein outlined plans to build 119 luxury town houses in Locust Point, if he can get zoning approval from the city.

Belle Farm started its first phase of construction in Middleton with 47 homes and 320 multifamily units. Homes in this neighborhood will use geothermal energy.
