The White House TV pool went dark this past week amid a standoff between CNN and the president. Network leaders, however, believe an indefinite suspension may be untenable.
UPDATE: Correspondents for CNN and MS NOW said that they have regained White House access, despite being denied entry even though a judge ordered the Trump administration to do so. CNN’s Betsy Klein and MS NOW’s Laura Barrón-López were back reporting from the White House grounds around noon ET on Thursday.
The U.S. network video pool for the White House appears to be back in operation. But on Friday morning, the situation remains fluid.
