The Dallas Wings had quite the scare during Tuesday's loss to the New York Liberty when rookie star Paige Bueckers left the game with a back injury, but it appears she avoided a significant setback.

The WNBA announced Monday that the Dallas Wings rookie earned Rookie of the Month honors for July. Bueckers, the No. 1 pick in the 2025 WNBA draft, also earned the accolade for June. She is the fourth newcomer in franchise history to secure Rookie of the Month honors twice and is the only rookie in the league to repeat this season.

That being said, the WNBA took to social media to share a major announcement about Bueckers on Monday. In their post, the league announced that Bueckers has been named the WNBA Rookie of the Month for the month of July.
