Apple CEO Tim Cook's 2024 total compensation reached $74.6 million, an 18% increase from 2023, driven by performance-based incentives. His package included salary, stock awards, bonuses, and other benefits.

Tim Cook also received $1.5 million for additional benefits, including retirement contributions, life insurance, vacation payouts, security and personal air travel expenses.

Cook’s base salary of $3 million has remained unchanged in the past three years, but his total compensation increased 18% in 2023, the technology giant said.
