An American teen influencer whose ambitious solo flight around the world ground to a halt two months ago when he landed in Antarctica has struck a deal with Chilean authorities so he can finally leave the continent, according to reports.

A judge in Chile has agreed to suspend proceedings against a teenage American pilot and social media influencer who has been stuck on a remote Antarctic island since late June after he was accused of landing there without permission.

American teen influencer Ethan Guo has been stuck in a remote part of Antarctica since June. Authorities say he landed his small plane illegally after providing false flight plan data to officials.
