The Bruins have three games remaining – Wild, Rangers, Golden Knights – before the upcoming break. In fact, Pastrnak doesn’t seem too disappointed about his country, the Czech Republic, not being included in the upcoming 4 Nations Face-Off between the United States, Canada, Sweden and Finland because he’s looking forward to the break.

Pastrnak notched the 18th hat trick of his career as the Bruins turned their best effort in weeks into a badly-needed 6-3 win over the Rangers at TD Garden. Pastrnak had three goals and two assists as Boston ended a bad week on a high note.

Bruins winger David Pastrnak was named the NHL’s No. 1 star for the No. 1 month Saturday after leading the league in scoring with 11 goals and 24 points.
