Telegram CEO and Russian billionaire Pavel Durov is offering his sperm for free to women who desire to have children through In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF). In July this year, Durov took the Internet by storm after he claimed he has over a hundred biological kids in 12 countries.

Pavel Durov, the billionaire CEO of Telegram, funded fertility treatment for women using his sperm to conceive. A clinic in Moscow is advertising the service, which it said is paid for by a "very generous" contribution by Durov.

The Telegram boss in July revealed that he had fathered more than 100 biological children through sperm donation.

The Moscow-based fertility clinic's website states that the offer stands for women aged not more than 37 years with health conditions deemed "satisfactory" by their "reproductologist's medical report"
