A 61-year-old man died after being pulled into an active MRI machine while wearing a heavy metal chain at a clinic in New York.

A tragic and highly unusual accident at a Long Island medical facility has left a New York man dead and a community reeling. Keith McAllister, 61, of Long Island, was killed on Wednesday (July 16) after being pulled into a powerful MRI machine at Nassau Open MRI in Westbury, while assisting his wife following a routine knee scan.
