Orellana is accused of driving the truck that delivered the face shields. The man, who was sporting a ponytail, was allegedly seen in footage behind the wheel of the pickup truck wearing protective goggles and a face mask. He could also be seen speaking with a protester, who came up to the driver’s side window.
