Steve Mallett has been General Manager since December of 2012. Steve worked in the City Corporation Engineering Department from 1991 to 2002. After leaving for the Utilities and Public Works position with the City of Hot Springs, he returned to Russellville upon accepting the General Manager position for City Corporation in late 2012.

The City Corporation Wastewater Laboratory is located at the Pollution Control Works Facility. Laboratory Analysts are responsible for routine monitoring and regulatory compliance.
