For today's maintenance reel, we’re checking the nose landing gear strut pressure on a Boeing 737. It’s not a complicated task, but you still need the right equipment and a bit of back and forth to dial everything in according to the chart and the AMM. Without getting too deep into specifics, this video walks you through the basic idea. It all comes down to the relationship between the X dimension, which is the gear height, and the strut pressure. Both values need to fall within the chart band.
