Second round of baking with my sourdough starter and I decided to experiment a little 😅 Tried two different doughs this time — a classic loaf and a milk-based dough for buns and cinnamon rolls. The buns are egg-free too (thanks to one of the twins egg allergy), which honestly feels like a small win in itself when you’re feeding a family and testing recipes at the same time.
