Here’s a solid one for your next back or pull day. The underhand “v” bar row is similar to the dead row I’ve shared here before or the classic Yates Row from the barbell underhand row variation the great Dorian Yates preferred. No need for a landmine setup in the corner of the gym, just use your deadlift bar. You did deadlift didn’t you?!? Obviously this works best with handled plates. If the weight is on the light side you may be able to grip the edges or a plate if you’ve got strong fingers. D
