When doing leg lymphatic drainage don’t start at your toes (or your fingers). Think about it… if you have swelling in your ankles or toes you need to move the fluid all the way up to your clavicles (that’s where it drains to). Doesn’t it make sense that you would move the fluid in your groin first to make room for the fluid below (like in your knee to be able to move.). Try this out and let me know how it goes 🤩.
