Day 350: Road to the 203lb kettlebell snatch. Second part of yesterdays lifts. Doing my best to incorporate the 176lb bell into any and all lifts. Realized i had not done these zercher variations on the anchor press in a while. I hit 3 sets of 5 each arm pressing the 106lber. Not seeing any prs here but grtting some solid press work in to build some boulder shoulders. Keep after it! #kettlebell #homeworkout #kettlebellpress #anchorpress #fyp
