Eggs: 5 eggs 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup water 1 tsp sugar Add eggs to boiling water and cook for 7 minutes. Drain and place them in a bowl of ice water. Peel and add to a container. Pour in the soy sauce, water, and sugar. Add a lid and gently shake. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
