We stopped at the K. Spoetzl Brewery, founded in 1909 by Kosmos Spoetzl, the man who brought Shiner beer to life. The grounds are more than just a brewery—you’ll find a brewhouse, a state-of-the-art distillery, an authentic Texas-style BBQ restaurant, and even live music events with local bands that bring the Shiner life to the next level.
